AX Lana 205

Lana 205 is an excellent example of our cowherd. She is one of the smallest cows in the herd and her 2007 son, Axtell Gold Dust 7205 was our top actual weaning weight bull at 776 lbs.   She is backed by a cow that was in the herd through her 14 th birthday. 205 stems from our Lana cow line originating at Beckton Stock Farm. We are retaining her 2008 son, Axtell Pay Day 8205 for use in our herd.

308 has sired one of our top bulls each of the past three years. Her 2007 bull sold to Bledsoe Ranches and her 2008 bull was our high seller to Steve Kalous. Her 2009 calf is blowing away the competition on test. She touts a 105.4 MPPA and her calves ratio 97 for BW, 107 WW and 110 REA.

Mlk Crk Firefly 251

251 is a standout cow. She holds her condition well and is very long. She has a 106.9 MPPA and is out of Mlk Crk Cornerstone, who we felt sired the best females at Milk Creek Reds in Montana. Bruce and Teena were very kind to let go of a Cornerstone when we bought cows from them.

Lonk Goldi L1104

We purchased 1104 in the fall of 2009 at the Lonker Dispersal. We felt she was the best cow on the place. She is nice uddered, long, deep and wide. She will likely be used as a donor cow in the future.

Holden Bana 952

Bana 952 is a great cow.   She stems from the Bana line at Holdens.   Her mother is a donor cow for Lucht Red Angus in MT, a maternal sister, 6027, is a donor for Heart River Ranch in ND, and a maternal brother, JR Holden Spotlight was used at JD Red Angus in SD.   We feel that 952 is a donor quality cow.

Lchmn Syringa F1080

Syringa F1080 was our first purchase in 1997 out of Leachman Cattle Co. in Montana.   She is flawless in her udder and foot structure.   This line has produced it's share of top cows for us.

DRGA Hi Becky 2015

2015 is a member of the Eola cow family which produced Hi Ho 574.   She is also a direct daughter of 574 and is one of the most moderate 574's in existence.   She is easy fleshing and has a perfect udder and feet.

AXTELL WSTRN PRIDE 310

Western Pride 310 is a top young cow in our herd. She is a classy female that produced a top calf in 2007. She is the typical BJR Gambler 027 daughter in that she has a perfect udder and is a top producer. Her dam has been one of our top producing cows over the years.

BJR Bonnebell 24G

24G is a daughter of the famed PCH Bonnebell Y45, who produced many famous sons.   24G herself is the dam of BJR High Voltage 924 who sold for $10,000.   24G is very sound and easy fleshing at ten years of age.   We are excited about this addition to our herd.
