Workmanship Guarantees

All work performed by Choice Builders, Inc., is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three (3) full years from the original date of installation.

There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty workmanship during that three (3) year period.

If you should find something that you would like repaired, simply call our office.   We will promptly schedule a service appointment within 48 hours of your call.   You will be quoted an exact day and time so that your time is not wasted, waiting around for the serviceman.

Anniversary Inspection Program

It is Choice Builders Inc., intent to make sure every client is completely satisfied.  Not only at the time of their installation, but also after it has been completed and for years to come.  As you know, Choice Builders, Inc. has a three (3) year 100% workmanship guarantee.  So in order to live up to our guarantee and give you, the client, what you paid for and deserve: we have implemented the Choice Builders, Inc., ANNIVERSARY INSPECTION PROGRAM.  We will, at no charge to you, the client, for the next three years, come out once a year to inspect the project we've installed for you.

Client obligation is to call Choice Builders, Inc., and set up an Anniversary Inspection appointment and Choice Builders, Inc., will make the inspection within ten (10) working days.

It is our hope at Choice Builders, Inc., that this Anniversary Inspection Program will help you to receive the service that you deserve and have come to expect from us.
